CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 0 to 2 years (Not For Freshers)
WORKING LOCATION:Pune
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills
* Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
* Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
* Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams
* Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
* Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
* Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
* Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
* Ability to manage a demanding workload
