Nicolai Fomich attended DC Animation's Flashpoint Paradox premiere and panel for us today. There seemed to be a few key news-lets, some of them surprising.
Perhaps the least expected development, I think, is the promise of a Batman and Son animated movie at some point next year. This will be Damian Wayne's animated debut.
And then, somewhere along the line, it was said, KEVIN CONROY might voice Batman in another of these projects. But there was no clue exactly where. Maybe or maybe not the Batman and Son film, maybe or maybe not Assault on Arkham, a spin-off film from the video game series.
When the Deluxe Edition of The Dark Knight Returns drops later this year, there's going to be a documentary about Frank Miller on the disc. I don't know how candid this film will get - there's plenty of potential in a no-holds barred profile on Miller, but I doubt this will be it.
DC Animation seem to know what they're doing, more or less. Could Warner Bros. movie panel tomorrow morning bring anything like this kind of DC-related promise? Maybe they really will blow us all away and tell us something solid about Justice League or Man of Steel 2
