After a slow paced, sleepy summer our household is waking up. It is August 31st after all.- The intersection...(or perhaps...better said)...a confluence of life events for everyone in our family. While the summer has seemed slow paced and sleepy...there were several occurrences that moved pieces into place....setting the stage for a whole nother act. Lets see...Grandpa Hunt died around Memorial Day....91 years old...Norm's best friend - he lived with us for nearly two years...all that time either in bed...or his wheel chair.Missy & Glenn patchedthings up. between the,m - made an offer on a house just down the road from us. When the sale is final...they will all move out of our house....thats a big deal...Missy had child number four in early August. He is .Ian Finley Larish... He is a big deal.
Emily's adopted daughter and her daughter came from Texas for a visit......then decided to stay. Thats q big deal
I got a new job working back in radio....havent done that kind if work since 1983...30 years!Thats a big deal.
Some things never change....we always have too many animals living here...right now its eleven cats two dogs....ten million fleas. When the kittens are adopted, the Larish clan takes their 2 cats...and Lola the Yorkie goes back to her homeit will be more reasonable....lets see. One dog four cats..
Another sad realization....with the kids moving out...there will ne no good reason to stock Goldfish in our cupnoard....i seak more of them than the kids ever eat.
So....they've moved out....the house is quiet....ive got a Total Gym out in the garage that has been looking for a place to taunt me...I suppose now I can find a spot. That's a big deal. confluence is confusing
